Obituaries

Phyllis E. Bull, 83, a life-long resident of Clark, died Tuesday April 20, 2010 at Golden Living Care Center in Clark.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 23, 2010 from 6-8 PM at the Arne-Weerts Funeral Home of Clark.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 3:00 PM at the Assembly of God Church in Clark with Pastor Kevin Petersen officiating.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.  There will also be visitation one hour prior to the funeral service on Saturday.

Casketbearers will be her grandchildren.

Phyllis was born in Clark on January 4, 1927 to Otto and Emma (Faiferlick) Peterson. She graduated from Clark High School in 1945. Phyllis married Lyle W. Bull on July 5, 1946 in Luverne, MN. Lyle died on May 25, 2009. Phyllis was a homemaker and eventually started working at Dacotah Bank in 1969. She retired there in 1989. She was very family oriented and especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Phyllis is survived by her daughters; Judy (Geoff) Heig of Watertown and Linda (Marlin) Brozik of Madison, grandchildren; Melissa Fischbach, Nick (Serena) Heig, Jon Heig, Michael Brozik and Chris Brozik, great-granchildren; Elli, Hayden and Robbie Heig, sisters; Lila Hanson of Clark, Harriet Hanson of Vienna and Joyce Lien of Clark.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, husband Lyle, brothers Milford, Charles and Lloyd “Snookie” Peterson.
